Bringing Baby Home - Info Session

Bringing Baby Home: Info Session for New & Expecting Parents

Welcome a new baby into your family — without losing sight of each other.

Join us for a free info session introducing our Bringing Baby Home program, based on Dr. John Gottman's research-backed approach to helping couples navigate the transition into parenthood. This session will give you a preview of what's ahead: practical tools for strengthening your partnership, managing the exhaustion and emotional shifts of new parenthood, and keeping conflict from chipping away at your connection.

The info session is your entry point into our 4-week Bringing Baby Home Group, meeting weekly for 90 minutes. Over four sessions, you and your partner will learn how to:

  • Communicate effectively during sleep-deprived, high-stress moments

  • Divide the mental and physical load of caregiving more equitably

  • Keep intimacy and friendship alive amid diapers and midnight feedings

  • Recognize and repair conflict before it becomes a pattern

  • Build a support system that actually works for your family

Whether you're expecting your first child or adjusting to a growing family, this group offers a warm, judgment-free space to connect with other parents facing the same beautiful chaos.

Join the info session on Wednesday, 19.8.2026, at 8.30pm prompty via google meets.
