The Process

Whether you find me online or come with a referral, you have the option for a first free phone call to connect. You can ask me practical questions or email those, too.

A starter session is your first session of therapy for 60 or 90 minutes where you can lay out your story and challenge - and dream. It’s confidential and at the end you can decide whether you commit and continue.

The next sessions map out your subjective reality and situation. Your family of origin, your relationship history or attachment forming. Tailored for your request we form the basis for good enough understanding. It is assessment, yet intervention begins from day one.

You learn increasingly about Design Therapy, design methods, the Gottman approach and psychotherapeutic tools - catching up on new skills or solidifying other skills.

What we design in sessions, all that you can take home, to work and apply in your daily life. Motivated clients prototype their new design with me and observe everyday how it feels.
